Multicultural Family Gymnastics

Description

Play and fun for young and old – that is the goal of MuKi gymnastics. Parents and children exercise together, exchange ideas, and make new friends. The gymnastics is for families with children up to about 10 years old. In this activity, we ensure that children can test their skills in games and obstacle courses (with or without the help of parents). MuKi gymnastics is very diverse. The offer ranges from simple gymnastic exercises to physically active obstacle courses.
The gymnastics is free for everyone.

General Information

The multicultural family gymnastics takes place at the Gründli sports facility in Glarus. Parents and children can exercise, play, and make new friends together. Participation is free and aimed at families with children up to about 10 years old.
