In Conversation with the Bible

Description

Texts of the Bible have an attraction. Conversely, they can confuse us, or even offend us. They offer encouragement, raise questions, engage with life topics, open horizons, give us impulses, and connect us with the great You of God. We experience that Bible texts speak to us personally. We hear through human voices a higher sound and the eternal word. We consider both dimensions: understanding what the text says and paying attention to how the text speaks to us.
