Description

The play was written by Helena Albertová, recipient of the title Lady of Czech Culture in 2018. In 2025, she also received the Ministry of Culture Award for her contribution to theater. Petr Kubát contributed to the later version of the play. The story is inspired by a true event: director Jan Kačer attempted to bring an unnamed legend of Czech theater and film back to the stage. Will he succeed in the play? Does the aging actor still long for the spotlight, or is he already tired of theater and life? We invite you to a bitter comedy about the absurdity of life.
