Description

The postal clerk Benno has an affair with the married housewife Lisa. He meets her secretly during his working hours in her apartment. But what he doesn't know: At the same time, the post office is being robbed. And not only that. Lisa's husband Jakob comes home earlier than expected. He discovers Benno on the balcony and mistakes him for the fleeing post robber. The suspicion is close, as the thief apparently hid very nearby and the police are systematically searching the neighborhood. Since Benno cannot tell the truth to Jakob and, to make matters worse, is also wearing the post robber's clothes, he becomes the prime suspect. And the loot also finds its way into Lisa and Jakob's apartment.
