After the great success of the 50th anniversary tour of Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells', a new show returns to the stages of Europe in autumn 2026: 'The Best of Tubular Bells I, II & III'. The tour celebrates the musical genius of Oldfield and includes highlights from all three albums as well as the worldwide hit 'Moonlight Shadow'. Mike Oldfield, one of the most innovative musicians of his generation, released 'Tubular Bells' in 1973 – a milestone in music history that gained worldwide fame through the film 'The Exorcist' and remains the best-selling instrumental album of all time. This was followed by 'Tubular Bells II' (1992), featuring the hit 'Sentinel', and 'Tubular Bells III' (1998), inspired by the club scene of Ibiza. Accompanied by a large live band, Robin A. Smith, Oldfield's long-time musical companion and Grammy-nominated conductor, brings the essence of these works to the stage. The show includes the complete first album as well as extended passages from the two successors – a musical experience that connects generations.
