Description

To facilitate entry into the Wikipedia universe and support individual continued writing, Sabine Hagmann, Andrea Helbling, Chris Regn, and Nicole Boillat, with the support of Wikimedia CH, organize monthly writing workshops. On these evenings, new articles are created, translated, and existing contributions are supplemented. The goal is to make women more present on Wikipedia – both as editors and as represented subjects. As part of "Zürich liest," the aim is to give writing women more space on Wikipedia. Participants in the writing workshop are supported by an experienced Wikipedia user. Beginners are as welcome as experienced writers. Create a user account in advance, bring a laptop and an article proposal. Which of this year's authors at "Zürich liest" still has no Wikipedia entry? Contributors and additional information: Sabine Hagmann, Andrea Helbling
