Sensitive Mediation, Inner Meditation

Description

As part of the Ferdinand Hodler exhibition. Profession de foi (25.09.2026 – 24.01.2027), the MIR invites you to morning workshop visits, before the public opening, combining artistic mediation and mindfulness meditation.
Each session (9am–10am) offers a sensitive and intimate experience of Hodler's works, echoing themes of spirituality, unity, and connection to nature present in the exhibition. After exploring the exhibition, time will be dedicated to a selected work: guided observation, discussion of its resonances, and a short breathing and meditation exercise to let the art work from within.
