Support: Arottenbit (IT) MASTER BOOT RECORD (MBR) (IT) has developed a very distinctive, almost unique style, which is refined with each release. The project by mastermind Vittorio D’Amore (aka Victor Love) also introduces a new element this time: for the first time, Love does not rely solely on programmed guitar sounds but now occasionally uses real guitars, played by his human string support, affectionately called Shreddy. This development is certainly also due to intensive touring: the live set is also enhanced with a human guitarist. This new element gives the songs on «Hardwarez» a bit more warmth and intimacy, aside from fabulous guitar solos. So, you can still experience synthetic metal of the highest quality, with driving riffs paired with bombastic, neo-classical elements that could be taken straight from a video game soundtrack. Fulci (IT) are named after horror film legend Lucio Fulci, who gained cult status in the 1970s and 1980s through his zombie movies. The name is program – the Italians play death metal or brutal death metal in the style of Cannibal Corpse and Aborted. Just a year after their last studio album, Fulci returns with their fifth long-player «Duck Face Killings». The guys perform death metal at a high level and continue to make other bands in the genre look old. Definitely worth a listen! Presented by Metalmayhem.
