This project, initiated by the event agency myexpo – the organizer among others of the Foire du Valais – is based on a clear goal: to highlight the authentic Walliser Raclette. The Raclette, scraped with a grater, respecting the traditional preparation method and the product, without modern variants. It is the authentic Walliser Raclette AOP, created through the work of the farmer, the regional dairy, the cheese maker, and the cheese ripening master. A know-how that can be enjoyed on the plate.
