At 13, he wins his first magic competitions; at 16, he becomes the youngest member of the magic circle, and shortly after, he is already called "one of Germany's best magicians." In 2018, he lives up to this title when he wins first place at the World Championship of Magic in the Salon Magic category and is crowned "Magician of the Year 2018" by the Magic Circle e.V. Marc Weide is less about spectacular grand illusions and more about the amazement of his audience, who can watch his fingers closely from up close. His best trick is the one that puts a smile on his viewers' faces. It depends just as much on his magical charisma as on his dexterity in manipulation.
