Evening full of psychedelic rock and post-punk at Dock = a unique, ecstatic atmosphere! Madhouse Express Madhouse Express has literally ridden the domestic neo-psychedelic wave and has become one of the most interesting club bands on the current independent scene. With expansive guitars, magical keyboards, and blurred vocals, they have been brewing a thick psychedelic fog for 10 years. During their decade of existence, they have played hundreds of concerts at home and abroad, including major festivals like Colours of Ostrava and Rock for People. Their sound experiments, raw rock’n’roll energy, and diversity of musical influences from trippy sixties to opiate-laden present, which they can integrate into their work, are quite unique. They also have the ability to think outside the usual boundaries. Among their masterpieces in this regard are sold-out concerts at the Prague planetarium and a grand celebration of a decade on the scene at the Archa+ venue. Additionally, the quartet from Prague boasts songs in the soundtrack of the film Occupation, which won a Czech Lion for film music, among other accolades. On their latest album "Something With Space," the band definitively approaches what currently resonates in the global neo-psychedelic scene and can draw you into their dreamlike universe… Kakktus The Šternberk band Kakktus, whose history dates back to 2006, began playing in the deep underground of local cultural venues. They became part of the regional punk scene, from which they eventually broke free and crystallized into a less genre-defined form. As a result, they became a kind of punk outcast. However, the band's active period only began in 2018, and since then they have released three full-length albums: "KAKKTUS" (2018), "Na hrbatým koni" (2022), and "Osmihodinový muž" (2025). Today, Kakktus moves between post-punk and gloomy rock’n’roll with elements of blues and songwriting, based on Czech lyrics stemming from the Czech underground and existential poetry.
