The Solothurn-based artist Luzia Hürzeler, who has been engaged with the representation of animals and cultural perceptions for over 20 years, presents her works in photography, video, and installations. The exhibition critically examines how animals are staged in natural history museums, zoos, and art, and the meanings attributed to them. Visitors are invited to explore the constructed nature of these images and consider new viewpoints, with wolves, birds, and gorillas taking center stage at the Kunstmuseum Solothurn.
