Dorothea Trottenberg, an acclaimed translator born in Dortmund, will share her passion for translating Russian literature, focusing on her latest works 'Alles über die Liebe' by Teffi and 'Das Leben Arsenjews' by Iwan Bunin. She will explore the linguistic and artistic challenges of translating works from the 1930s exile period, offering a behind-the-scenes look at her translation workshop. The event is moderated by Felix Münger, a journalist from SRF, and organized in collaboration with the Swiss World Reading Stage.
