Description

Who is to blame again when no one understands anything? LILA is dedicated to failure, losing rhythm, piling up, missing the cue, blackout, chaos, nonsense, and the attempt to hide, cover up, or make amends for one's mistakes. The three dancers collectively strive to ensure that the piece must go on at all costs, and to convey the important message to the audience, even if no one understands anything and some things go wrong. They rehearse on stage, present, start again, and aim to entertain the audience. LILA is a dilettantish love letter to contemporary dance and a humorous homage to failure. An attempt to escape the logical or comprehensible and to create a new order. ALSO For the performance on Fri 16.10., a live audio description will be offered. The Touch-Tour starts at 6:00 PM. On Wed 21.10., a audience discussion will take place after the performance.
