What would the world look like after the Care Revolution? In DRAGON LOVE, we travel to a utopian dimension where patriarchy has been overcome. Revolutionary: Human well-being is prioritized over economic interests here, and gender parts have only a sexual significance, rather than a societal one. Lea Whitcher's different versions of herself take us into her universes and show the plurality of possible life realities. With a feminist magic show, she channels elements and hormones, witchcraft knowledge, and dragon fire for a world as we like it – adventurous, playful, and wild at heart. DRAGON LOVE thematically connects to the piece MAMA LOVE and the research project _STORIES*, in which Lea Whitcher collected short stories. They were developed in collaboration with various experts around the question: What would be different in your life if the Care Revolution had already taken place? An ambassador from Care City demonstrates to the audience on-site how they can independently explore the Care City cosmos at various listening stations. Please bring your own headphones. The _STORIES* installation starts one hour before the performance. ALSO, on Saturday, deaf performer Barbara Rossier interprets DRAGON LOVE in tandem with interpreter Tamara Bangerter in Swiss German Sign Language (DSGS).
