Lost. somewhere between ancient tragedy and RnB, The Twelve Travelos d'Hercule are a constant high-wire act. Creatures both extravagant and moving, these drag queens deliver a festive show that, beneath its frivolous appearances, denounces the diktats of our hetero-patriarchal society. A carte blanche that claims to be primarily a theatrical research. Here, the figure of the drag queen is a clown who plays with genres. Using playback, but also original songs, the troupe reveals the full extent of its talent. All of this is cheerful, exaggerated, kitsch, and hilariously fun!
