Description

Enjoy a few hours by the Saane riverbank in the old town of Fribourg during the summer. Le Port is a trendy place for relaxation with a café-restaurant, urban gardens, and a small concert stage. A piece of nature in the heart of the city, vegetable gardens, a socio-cultural program outdoors, and an environmentally conscious bistro. Le Port was built in 2014 on the industrial site of the old gasworks and is now active as a seasonal project each summer. In collaboration with various organizations, numerous free activities are offered for a broad audience.
