Kunscht - Classic Comedies by Yasmina Reza in Swiss German

Description

A white picture for a lot of money – and suddenly art taste becomes a question of character. "Kunscht" shows three male friendships in a stress test: because when humor among friends no longer sparks, the comedy begins. Serge buys an outrageously expensive, almost white picture. Marc thinks it's nonsense. Yvan wants peace. What starts as a casual remark turns into a ruthless assessment of positions: friendship, self-image, loyalty – everything comes to the table. Yasmina Reza's worldwide success (Molière, Tony, and Olivier Award) in a Swiss German dialect version. After the celebrated Swiss premiere of "tick, tick.. BOOM!" "Kunscht" is the second co-production between the Theater am Hechtplatz and the team around director Livio Beyeler.
