Klepy VR – Premiere of the Educational Program in Virtual Reality

Description

History is perceived as great events and big names. But real life happens in the everyday moments that we all live. It is from ordinary days that history is born, even if we often do not realize it.
Stories of people who experienced their teenage years at the beginning of the 1940s. They had friends, embarrassing moments, jokes, arguments, and dreams. In the magazine Klepy, which they published, they discussed relationships, school, and made fun of themselves and their surroundings. They were similar to today's teenagers. The program, which will take us back in time using VR technology, aims to help us better see the present – and actively shape our future. The presentation of the program will be part of the 10th International Storytelling Festival Kolotoč příběhů. The VR video features students from České Budějovice and Český Krumlov, who are also co-authors of the script. The world premiere of the song Návrat by composer Rudolf Kende, written in Terezín in June 1943, will be presented as part of the program. Capacity is limited, reserve your spot on GoOut.
