Children's Tour

Description

The demonstrators introduce the over 100-year-old telescope and show how the telescope works. With easy-to-understand explanations and computer simulations, they explain the universe. In good visibility, celestial objects can be observed through the telescope. The tours take place in all weather conditions and are suitable for children of school age accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults. The visit is not suitable for toddlers and babies. Thanks to the friendly support of Bank Sparhafen Zürich AG, tickets are available for a contribution of CHF 5.- per person (children and adults). The entrance to the observatory opens 30 minutes before the start of the tour; we recommend arriving 20 minutes earlier. After the tour has started, no entry is possible, and the ticket will expire. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable by Urania Observatory. A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per registration.
