Description
Land lets the future grow - this is the title of the ecumenical campaign 2027 by HEKS and Fasting Action. HEKS, Fasting Action, and partners are committed to ensuring that farmers have secure access to fertile land. This access is threatened, and thus the right to food for people is also at risk. Access to land means securing the future. Land is more than an agricultural production factor. For many communities, land also means cultural heritage that belongs to everyone and should remain accessible to as many people as possible. It strengthens individuals as well as the collective.
