Life is today. And maybe, just maybe, if the timing is right, life will still be tomorrow. But I'll decide that tomorrow morning. Why wait until I'm 80 to tell my story when I've already experienced enough for a whole life at 23? Enough to not be sure if you'll still be alive or want to live the next day. And yet, there's also a lot of beautiful and funny things in this life. For example, cat videos. Why you could still be alive tomorrow is a journey through the life of a young woman who lost her father at 6, developed an anxiety disorder at 14, yet became a successful slam poet and trendy teacher, and tells about it with a lot of self-irony, how she chooses life anew every day. Julia Steiner is 25 years old, had her first poetry slam performance in May 2022. Shortly after, she became a finalist at the Poetry Slam Championships at Burgtheater Vienna, the Zurich Poetry Slam Champion, and won the Oltner Cabaret Casting. In the meantime, she also received the Swiss Comedy Award in the category SRF3 Best Talent 2024. Since spring 2024, Julia has been touring Switzerland with her first solo program Why you could still be alive tomorrow. Somehow, Julia Steiner has achieved everything in just under two years on stage. Anyone who watches her knows why.
