Glarner Schabziger & Glarner Alpine Cheese

The Glarner Schabziger is the oldest branded product in Switzerland and widely known; how it gets its taste can be discovered at the Industrial Espionage in Ygruben in Glarus. Not only the Glarner Schabziger is produced here from fine Glarus mountain milk, opposite are the secret halls of the Glarona Cheese Cooperative. Here, dozens of tons of the finest Glarner Alpine cheese mature summer after summer. And here too, the doors open for the Industrial Espionage.

Registration

The "spies" are asked to register online by the Sunday before the event at glarnerland.ch/industriespionage. For last-minute registrations or if online registration or payment by credit card/TWINT is not possible, please contact the guest info in Schwanden (Tel. +41 55 610 21 25).

The number of visitors is limited. If there are too few registrations, the tour will be canceled.
