Are you affected by ADHD, ADD or ASD or do you have someone in your environment who has this diagnosis? Would you like to exchange ideas with others who have had similar experiences, or are you looking for a place where you can find understanding and support? Then you are exactly right at the ADHS Stammtisch Glarus!

Our Stammtisch offers an open and safe space for everyone – whether you are affected by ADHD, ADD or ASD yourself, whether you are a relative, employer or work in an institution or office. We meet every last Thursday of the month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We exchange ideas, learn from each other and strengthen each other. It's not about perfection, but about open dialogue and the feeling of not being alone.

General Information

The ADHS Stammtisch Glarus takes place monthly at Hotel Post Glarnerhof. It offers a platform for people affected by ADHD, ADD or ASD, as well as their relatives and professionals, to share experiences and support each other.
