Ecstatic Dance is a movement meditation that encourages letting go, recharging energy, and connecting with oneself and others. Participants are guided through a journey of music that ranges from gentle and playful to powerful and wild, ending in silence for reflection and integration. No prior experience is needed, and the event is led by DJ duo Ecke & Berg with host Sabrina Giulia Paula.
