From Java, through Bali, Gili, Lombok, Sumbawa, Flores to Sulawesi, all not just by scooter, ferry, or in the back of a hitchhiked truck. Then six weeks in Vietnam, which we traveled from Can Tho to Cao Bang near the border with China.
