Description

Ring and spinning top – both are round. But what do they have to do with the icy worlds of North Greenland? Here's a hint: one adorns the fur of an animal, the other helps to warm cold feet again. Together, we learn with exciting objects to touch, small games, and many participation moments what the animal rings and the lightning-fast spinning tops are all about. You will find out what role they play in the daily life of the Inuit in the Arctic. A thoroughly exciting learning field for big and small! After the approximately 30-minute short tour, our cultural education team will assist you with a tricky puzzle rally through the museum. From 3 to 4 pm, everyone is also warmly invited to create their own spinning top in the Open Workshop – regardless of whether you participated in the tour or not.
