Welcome to the Horticultural Office.
Here, planning, approval, postponement – and occasionally planting – take place. "The Office" is an improvised theater show about the daily work of a German authority. With fixed roles, recurring relationships, and small and large stories, we accompany the employees of a horticultural office as they try to balance order, nature, and their own feelings. Between visions of sustainable greenery, esoteric energy flows, IT outages, personnel interviews, and grumpy houseplants, competence, bureaucracy, and humanity collide. Some know how plants really grow. Others know how to talk about it. And some know exactly where responsibility ends. Each performance is unique with its own spontaneous action.
