Witnesses who were forced to serve and feed the men who held the fates of nations open the curtain on their lives and reveal what power tastes like and how bitter its consequences can be. A fictional competition where the chefs of the greatest mass murderers compete in what they do best - cooking for survival, with the main prize being a pardon. In the final round, a chef who cooked out of fear, a chef who cooked to improve his situation, and a chef who cooked out of political conviction meet.
