This year I am taking "new" paths. HERZKRAFT goes indoor and outdoor.

HERZKRAFT is available as a one-day or two-day seminar. You can freely choose whether you want to attend one or two days. Choose the option that feels right for you. Because it's about you feeling more and more what your truth is and living accordingly. That you feel your inner self – your center, with everything that belongs to it, again and you follow your impulses again – you feel your power again. The power that defines YOU and makes your life easier and more vibrant.

My great strength in giving seminars is to act from the moment/from my intuition. To work with the energies in the room (whether inside or outside) and accompany you so that you can get the best out of it for yourself.

So there is a potpourri of different tools in the seminars – meditation is certainly included – the rest is open. Let yourself be open to yourself and the new spaces within you that open up.

The goal after these one or two days is that you go home strengthened in your center and live from this power.
