Laugh until tears come, finally understand the incomprehensible, and take home astonishing new knowledge – all this awaits you at the Science Slam. In a relaxed environment, young scientists will convince you on the big stage how exciting science can be. In concise ten-minute presentations, they creatively, understandably, and entertainingly present the latest from their research. In the end, the audience decides who delivered the best talk and becomes the Science Slam winner of the evening. We want to provide all viewers with an entertaining evening, so here is a short but important info in advance: At the Science Slam, scientific content is presented. These can include sensitive topics such as (mental) illnesses, drugs, sexuality, natural disasters, or animal experiments.
