From La Catrina to Stadion Letzigrund Zurich: Hecht will play the biggest concert of their career on June 12, 2027. What began in 2011 at the La Catrina bar in Zurich in front of nearly 100 people will lead the Swiss dialect pop band Hecht to the largest live stage in Switzerland: Stadion Letzigrund Zurich in summer 2027. Stefan Buck (Vocals), Christoph Schröter (Guitar), Chris Filter (Drums), Philipp Morscher (Bass), and Daniel Gisler (Keyboard), who have just completed a sold-out tour, believe: 'If not now, when?' From La Catrina to Stadion Letzigrund: This is probably the largest circle that can be closed on Swiss stages. And it is another highlight in the career of Hecht, who are currently riding a huge wave of fan love. Their hit 'Mon Amour' is celebrated across borders; the sold-out 'LOVERS' tour for their current successful album took them through Austria, Germany, and the largest venues in Switzerland with 31 concerts. Tickets for the club concerts sold out within a day. This was recognized at this year's Swiss Music Awards, where they were awarded four stones, including for the third time in the category 'Best Live Act'. Everyone who has seen Hecht live even once knows that this award is more than deserved. Whether in a small sweaty club, at festivals, or in the largest halls in the country: Hecht plays every concert as if it were the last and always manages to take the audience on a journey from the most intimate moments to absolute euphoria. Those who know the band know that Stefu, Chregu, Chris, Phil, and Gisi are not done with live concerts even after a concert marathon like the 'LOVERS' tour. Instead of taking a break, Hecht is planning the next adventure. On June 12, 2027, they will fulfill their wildest boyhood dream and play the biggest show of their career at Stadion Letzigrund Zurich with all their old and new fans. A concert in front of around 50,000 fans at Stadion Letzigrund Zurich – the same place where international superstars like Taylor Swift, AC/DC, or Coldplay are usually seen live. For Hecht, now is the right time for this: 'We just played a huge tour and looked into those euphoric faces night after night for weeks. We feel extremely supported by our fans. They are fully ready. It’s surreal. That’s why it feels right to carry this euphoria one step further right now.' Stefan Buck believes: 'Actually, it has always been the fans who told us how 'big' we are.' And right now it feels like the time is ripe for one of the biggest concert events in Swiss pop history. From these lines, it is very clear how closely the band is connected to their fans. The effect of this 'Hecht energy' was first felt by the five friends at the now legendary gig at La Catrina bar in 2011. The band chemistry was already there in the rehearsal room, but: 'The concert was the Big Bang for us. All our friends were there, not all voluntarily, but they were there. And as the show went on, everyone in the room felt that what belongs together was coming together. Hecht energy indeed,' says Christoph Schröter. Since then, the five friends have built everything step by step together and live their shared dream on stage. The big step onto the largest stage in Switzerland is doubly emotional for Stefan Buck. 'I have a very special relationship with Letzigrund because I live about 100 meters away from the stadium. I hear every soundcheck, every concert. That we will now stand on this stage, I never dreamed of.' The concert is organized by Gadget, Hecht's long-time partner: 'Gadget has been by our side since day one. They were already there at La Catrina. And now we are embarking on the giant adventure Letzi together. A collaboration that has built up over 15 years and is now experiencing another highlight. This is not only a special success for us as a band but also for the whole team that has been with us since the beginning.' In addition to Gadget, Zürcher Kantonalbank ZKB is also an important partner of the concert. Chris Filter only reveals this much: 'We want it to feel like a crazy club concert where even behind the bar people are singing along – just a hundred times bigger.'
