Günther Anton Krabbenhöft, born in 1945, grew up in a small village near Hanover. At eighteen, he completed an apprenticeship as a cook, then traveled across Germany for several years and has lived in Berlin since 1968. He was married, has a daughter, and in the early 1980s, was one of the first members of the "Gay Fathers" association. In 1994, he appeared with his ex-wife and daughter on Alfred Biolek's talk show, where he publicly came out. Having the courage to stand by himself remains his theme to this day. Günther Anton Krabbenhöft lives in a Kreuzberg communal house. He has two adult grandchildren and discovered his love for rave music in his early seventies. His fan base is growing rapidly.
