Groove Dance – combines dance, fun, and lots of movement - join in!

At GROOVE DANCE, we dance together and exuberantly for an hour to varied music with different rhythms and tempos, as well as many creative moves... No complicated choreography, but with inputs and suggestions from the instructor, which everyone can implement in their own style with lots of creativity and fun. No "right" or "wrong," just a sense of well-being, emotions, laughter, sweating, a great body feeling, and the desire for more GROOVE DANCE. GROOVE DANCE is a dance experience where mistakes are impossible. Therefore, everyone who wants to move in a group and have fun together is welcome. No registration necessary.
