Led by the Ruhrpott legends Grave Digger, a massive, loud, and uncompromising metal package is heading to Pratteln in January 2027. Special guest Motorjesus will be performing their high-octane metal. The opening will feature hard riffs and wild double-bass inferno from Warwolf. Steel is being forged again. In 2027, German heavy metal will return to the European stages with full force. Under the banner "Legends Never Die," three powerful forces unite for a package that will make metal hearts beat faster. The centerpiece is the cult band Grave Digger. With groundbreaking albums and unique anthems, Grave Digger has been one of the most influential bands in the German metal scene since the early 80s. Even after more than four and a half decades in the relentless business, there are no signs of fatigue. Chris Boltendahl, Jens Becker, Marcus Kniep, and Tobias Kersting are still serious players in the live sector and regularly release high-quality albums. With "Bone Collector," Grave Digger released their first album entirely without keyboard passages in January 2025. With the new axeman Tobias Kersting, the band returns to long-forgotten trademarks. Raw, brutal, honest, yet catchy, songs like "Bone Collector" or "Made Of Madness" thunder from the speakers. The album is a manifesto of German heavy metal, old-school at its best, without rust or patina, always authentic. The band has rarely sounded as versatile, energetic, fresh, and multifaceted as on this album.
