Description
This exhibition explores how visual communication influences our daily lives. The first part displays historical posters and objects illustrating how graphic design creates desire, conveys stereotypes, and shapes cultural identities, including representations of gender roles, Swissness, and exotic motifs. The second part reveals how graphic design is created, from poster design and logos to typography, stamps, and exhibition graphics. Interactive stations invite visitors to try their hand at design, highlighting the complexity, creativity, and societal importance of graphic design today and in the future.
