Gin Workshop

Description

In small groups of 2–3 people, participants create their own gin. Over 30 botanicals are available to craft the gin according to personal ideas and concepts. The team is there to assist with advice and tips. Gin distillation: The selected ingredients are distilled together with a neutral spirit in mini stills, known as 'Potstill', to create the finished gin. Participants can take home 20 cl of their self-distilled gin in boutique bottles. Distillery tour and presentation: Participants receive an exciting introduction to the craft of distillation. The distillery demonstrates what is needed for a good distillate and how the processes work. Additionally, the creation and development of the distillates are presented. Program: – A welcome aperitif is offered – Participants learn the art of gin distillation and its secrets – Gin creation with the development of a personal recipe – Self-distillation of gin in mini stills – Snacks for the duration – Tour and presentation of the distillery and the Hugi private labels – During the event, participants have the opportunity to taste and enjoy additional gins. – At the end, participants can taste and compare their self-distilled gin. – A boutique bottle with 20 cl of the self-distilled gin is provided. Want more of your own gin? With the personal recipe, additional gin can be distilled, bottled in special bottles, and optionally labeled with a personal label. The minimum order quantity is 20 liters. Private gin workshop and groups: Spend an informative, educational, and cozy evening as a team event, customer event, birthday event, or with friends in groups of up to 20 people. Individual programs with additional food and tastings are also possible. Dates by arrangement and availability. For the workshop of up to 8 people, a flat rate of CHF 960.00 is required, with CHF 95.00 for each additional person.

General Information
