The award-winning clown Gardi Hutter has been delighting audiences near and far for decades. In her new program "gardiZERO," she performs without her usually lovingly designed stage sets. The bare stage provides the perfect backdrop for her exploration of nothingness. The vacuum is only seemingly empty, as nature teaches us that where nothing seemed to be, an infinite variety of possibilities suddenly emerge. In a humorous and philosophical manner, the Swiss artist explores the dualistic cornerstones of our lives. Poetic, intense, and with extremely imaginative expressiveness, she turns opposites upside down and plays with them: fullness/emptiness, sense/nonsense, chaos/order.
