Frau Lehmann - Trost & Trotz Tour

Description

FRAU LEHMANN is a quartet from Leipzig. The core and focal point of the songs are the lyrics and the delivery by singer and guitarist Fiona Lehmann, who lyrically and mercilessly throws us out of the theatrical performance onto the city's pavement and drowns us at a lonely bar. Comparisons are tempting—singers, poets, seekers from all eras of literature, rock, and pop—and are immediately rendered obsolete. One might say again Element of Crime and Isolation Berlin, because Dylan Thomas and Hildegard Knef don't sound so hip. In 2022, the band released the FOUR SEASONS EP, which brought them a small scene success. Followed in 2024 by the Split EP GEWÄSCH together with Jan Müllers' (TOCOTRONIC) side project DIRTY DISHES.
In January 2026, the debut album TROST & TROTZ was released on La Pochette Surprise Records. The album was very well received by audiences and the press and received strong reviews. "A great debut" - Tagesspiegel
"A truly astonishing debut album" - Süddeutsche Zeitung https://www.instagram.com/gruppefraulehmann The tour is presented by:
