Johanna Summer, who began her career with Robert Schumann, presents her latest interpretation of the Dichterliebe cycle. Building on her debut album 'Schumann Kaleidoskop,' she explores the emotional and tonal nuances of Schumann's work through improvisation, responding to new compositions by Christian Jost and Jörg Widmann. The concert delves into the space between dream and reality, examining whether Schumann shifts into new tonalities or remains in the current atmosphere, enriched by influences from other musical cultures.
