The ensemble of the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra, along with soloists Christian Jost, Jörg Widmann, soprano Fatma Said, and baritone Matthias Goerne, deliver a compelling performance that bridges classical tradition and contemporary creativity. The evening concludes with a spontaneous encore by pianist Johanna Summer, echoing the themes of love and longing.
