Villa Stiassni, Slávek Rabušic, Vonekl s. r. o., and the Rajhrad Secondary Horticultural School invite you to the 29th edition of the international florist competition Brno Rose 2026. The Brno Rose, which has become the most visited florist competition in the Czech Republic over the years, has found its home at Villa Stiassni for the sixth time this year. This year's edition is titled The Message of Flowers, and as the name suggests, it will focus on storytelling through flowers. The goal is to show that floral works can carry deeper meaning and serve as a personal message or confession. The exhibited works often combine plant material with other artistic elements – metal, wood, text conveying a message in classical or other forms and executions. The exhibition emphasizes originality, creative ideas, and precise craftsmanship in every detail of the bouquets and fashion accessories. You can look forward to the following competition themes: Bouquet tied with a personal message, Floral brooch with a metal or wooden accent, Hat adorned with dried and stabilized flowers. All competition works will be displayed directly on the villa's tour route throughout the weekend, when the villa will be accessible in an unconventional way without a guide. This year, the winner will be chosen not only by a professional jury but also by the visitors of the exhibition. Come to gather inspiration and see for yourself how the competitors handle this year's themes. No prior reservation is necessary. Tickets are purchased on-site. Practical information regarding opening hours: Friday, 6. 11. - closed to the public, the competition is taking place.
