Description
A self-produced work by the inclusive theater group of the Kannwas Collective in collaboration with the Tanzhaus Lindau. About the play
"Learning to Fly" tells the story of a young man at the beginning of a seemingly secure adult life. The encounter with a dance group shakes up his plans and leads him on a quest — for his own path and the story of his deceased mother. Based on an emotional family history, the play addresses self-determination, justice, and the courage to break out of predetermined life paths and societal structures. Here, collective and personal resistance meet as different forms of asserting oneself against limitations.
