Description
This course offers an opportunity to explore and draw ancient Greek and Roman sculptures, emphasizing understanding proportions, human anatomy, and character poses. Participants will use helpful sketches to improve portrait and figure drawing, with guidance on capturing the play of light and shadow to define surfaces and forms. The instructor supports recognizing balance and movement in the sculptures, making it easier to depict detailed figures and portraits.
