Description

The Verkehrshaus Filmtheater presents a special event for the whole family, starting with an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet followed by a documentary film about the historic Everest expedition. The film recounts the real-life story of four climbers reaching the summit of Mount Everest shortly after the tragic 1996 storm that claimed eight lives. It also explores the culture and traditions of the Sherpa people, integral to the Everest experience.
