Thanksgiving and Outlook - What should grow in spring?

Description

This workshop looks back on the past gardening year and shows what the garden still has in store in October. The focus is particularly on wild herbs and the joint preparation of a wild herb pesto. It also discusses how these wonderful, often overlooked plants can support well-being. Afterwards, we will create a Thanksgiving card with plant prints from the garden. We collect seeds from the garden to create a very personal seed archive. The card invites you with the question "What would you like to grow next year?" to record a thought, an idea, or a vision for the coming year. Workshop leaders: Léna Kútvölgyi and Sara Stenczer
