Since 2009, SUBWAY TO SALLY has been ending the year with the Eisheilige Nacht – an indoor festival where the band teams up with friendly artists and turns the last days of the year into a loud, lively concert party. Under the slogan “We Will Folk You,” Eisheilige Nacht 2026 is dedicated to a special friendship: SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN have been shaping the folk and rock scene in the German-speaking world for about 35 years. Both bands have found their own ways to combine traditional sounds with modern rock energy – one with medieval and folk metal, the other with Irish speedfolk. Their paths have crossed repeatedly on tours and festivals, from colleagues to allies and finally close friends. In 2026, SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN share the top of the lineup and clearly show what the evening will be: a single, big, loud, danceable riot. The hosts, SUBWAY TO SALLY, delve deep into their decades-spanning discography, mixing classics with newer songs. FIDDLER’S GREEN bring their full live experience: fast tunes, sing-along refrains, and the typical Irish drive that leaves no second of stillness. This package is enhanced by MANNTRA, who bring their powerful, dark mix of rock, metal, and folk elements to the stage, as well as SAINT CITY ORCHESTRA, who add extra movement to the audience with their punchy folk-rock and punk influence. Together, the four bands form a lineup that relies on live energy from the first to the last minute.
