The storytelling cafe is a gathering place where people exchange life stories and experiences, guided by thematic questions and moderated to encourage voluntary sharing and attentive listening. Participants will experience a storytelling cafe firsthand, learn the principles of moderation, and reflect on their role in building bridges between individuals. The course aims to develop skills for managing challenging situations and promoting social cohesion, offering a practical format to combat loneliness and enhance community understanding.
