Who doesn't know the miserly, hard-hearted, and ill-tempered Ebenezer Scrooge from Charles Dickens' world-famous novella "A Christmas Carol"? During Christmas night, he is visited by the ghost of his old business partner, who warns him of his terrible fate if he does not fundamentally change his life. And indeed, through the confrontation with his past, present, and possible future, Scrooge miraculously transforms into a kind, generous person. Silvia Jost and Andreas Berger perform and tell this story for the Advent season with linguistic and acting virtuosity. The story is atmospherically supported by musical recordings of violinist Franziska Huber.
