Description
Aladdin, a love bomber? Pumuckl, a pioneer of ghosting? The plush ones, the masked ones, the fairy tale princes: all of them stand trial at Edith Löhle's "Short Process". Who has which red flags and why will be revealed at the reading in the bistro with a rich buffet. Before the International Moral Court, the icons of our childhood must account for values whose long-term consequences are now openly apparent: inferiority complexes, toxic beauty ideals, distorted images of love. Case closed. Or? How black-and-white are the boundaries of a judgment? While chief prosecutor Reha prepares the trial of her life, reporter Lexi senses the story that will finally bring her to prime time. Between case files, fairy dust, and headlines, something is brewing between the two – until their own morals waver. An absurd and imaginative ride through the cultural history of our childhood ideals. Moderation: Christine Lötscher. © Image: Philip Nürnberger Participants and additional information: Edith Löhle
